STATOR

Stator
frame is fabricated from Steel Plate & Machined to receive laminated
pole shoes. Four pole shoes are built of insulated Silicon Steel
Stampings (CRNGO) which are symmetrically spaced & mounted in
the steel. Body. |

ROTOR
|
| |
Rotor
is made as a complete & compact assembly with bearings (SKF/Equivalent),
slip ring unit & a fan mounted on the shaft rotor core is built-up
of insulated Silicon Steel Stampings (CRNGO) passed together
& rigidly supported by core clamp plates. The slip rings are
made up of special wear resistant alloy. Power our put is collected
from Rotor through appropriate grade of carbon brushes housed
in sturdy brush holders. |

EXCITATION
SYSTEM |
| |
The
main field receives its excitation Power through static excitation
unit provided separately. This unit consists of transformer,
choke- rectifier, and capacitor. Excitation unit derives its
supply from the Generator out put itself. Standard voltage regulation
for balanced load is ± 5% from normal no load to full load,
between 0.8 P.F. lagging to unity P.F. at 4% speed variation.

INSULATION

All
winding wires used are class "F" insulated. |

VENTILATION
|
| |
Enshield
are of cast iron with proper ventilation. An efficient & balanced
fan of aluminum alloy is fitted to provide adequate cooling. |

WARRANTY
: ONE YEAR |
| |
The
generator will be repaired or replaced for any manufacturing
defects. Generator improperly Applied/ Installed & Accident/
Damage caused by Over speeding/Over loading without considering
appropriate derating in the context of site conditions shall
void all the warranties. |
